This guest apartment guide and house rules have been prepared for you to make it easier to use the apartment, its equipment, furniture and other inventory.

By following the guest apartment house rules, we can together ensure everyone’s safety, the preservation of the apartment’s property and the environment.

In the living room of the apartment, in the drawer under the TV stand, you will find the apartment guide – house rules, which have been prepared for you to simplify the use of the apartment, its appliances, furniture and other inventory.

House rules

Check-in – from 15:00.

Check-out – no later than 12:00.

You will receive the apartment keys and the remote control for the car gate from the apartment, the entrance information to the house is described on the following slides and on our website ( Apartment entrance information ).

Always park your vehicle in the designated place so that another car can park next to your car ( as described in the apartment entrance information ).

The apartment is intended for a family of up to 4 people.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment and its territory.

Avoid noise and noise that could disturb other neighbors and parties are not allowed!

Quiet hours: 00:00 – 07:00.

Upon arrival at the apartment : 

Our guest apartment address is Sadama 4, Pärnu .

Upon arrival, park your car at the entrance to the building, in front of the car gate.

Walk into the courtyard and find the key box by the front door of the guest apartment.

Open the key box lid and enter the code sent to you

Apartment entrance information – 4

Enter the 4-digit code sent to you.

Make sure that the numbers are entered in the position marked with a white line in the image.

Press the side buttons of the key box simultaneously to open the key box lid.

Take the apartment key from the key box and open the apartment door.

You will find the other keys along with the remote control for the car gate on top of the cabinet in the apartment hallway.

Put the keys you received from the key box back into the key box, re-scramble the code sent to you, and close the key box lid.

This key in the key box will remain as a backup key for you in case you lose the key you received from the apartment or forget it in the room.

Open the gate and park your car in the location shown in the picture.

Park your car so that another car can park next to your car, as shown in the picture.

When leaving the apartment:

When leaving the apartment for good, park the car behind the gate and take the keys with the gate remote back to the apartment and close the door.

General Information

When heating and cooling the apartment, keep the doors and windows closed.

Turn off unnecessary electrical appliances and lighting.

You can find the user manuals for kitchen appliances and other household electronics in the apartment in the bottom drawer of the TV cabinet.

When using the fireplace, follow all fire safety regulations and also make sure that the glass door of the fireplace is always closed.

Sort the garbage according to the instructions shown on the garbage sorting slide, so that we can influence the circulation and removal of garbage. The garbage cans are located by the car gate.

If you have broken or damaged anything, please inform us about it.

The visitor is responsible for damaging the apartment’s property.

Be careful with the apartment’s inventory and its surrounding environment.

Feel at home, but in a way that the next visitor would be just as comfortable here.

Kitchen appliance usage information

The following kitchen appliances are located in the kitchen :

  • Refrigerator

The user manuals for the kitchen appliances are located in the drawer of the TV unit.

Cooling equipment usage information

The apartment has an efficient Mitsubishi air source heat pump that cools or heats as needed, ensuring
a comfortable and pleasant indoor climate.

When cooling or heating the apartment, keep the doors and windows closed. When leaving the
apartment, please turn off the device.

The device’s remote control is located in the remote control holder behind the bedroom door in the
hallway, and the device’s user manual is in the drawer under the TV in the living room.

Using the sofa bed

The sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed by moving the ottoman in front of the sofa to the middle of the sofa.

Sofa bed bedding

The sofa bed’s bedding is in the wardrobe in the hallway, the fabric bedding is in the boxes.

Using the fireplace

The wood needed for the fireplace and the accessories needed to start a fire are located in the hallway, in the wood holder.

When using the fireplace, follow all fire safety regulations and also make sure that the fireplace’s glass door is always closed!

Waste handling

The Sadama 4 apartment building sorts three types of waste :

  • Municipal waste
  • Packaging waste – plastic, metal packaging, cardboard
  • Glass packaging – glass bottles, jars, etc.

Please sort the waste generated in the apartment as described above and place the waste in the correct waste container located under the canopy at the car gate.
