Apartment guide and house rules

This apartment guide with house rules has been prepared for you in order to simplify the use of the apartment and its equipment, furniture and other inventory.

By following the house rules of the guest apartment, we can ensure everyone’s safety and preserve the property of the apartment and the environment together.

We are happy to accommodate you in our guest apartment and we hope that your vacation with us will be comfortable and enjoyable.

Check-out latest 12:00 unless you have previously agreed otherwise with the receptionist.

The apartment is located in a closed off area and upon your arrival, our receptionist will open the car gate and show you the designated parking spot.

Always park your vehicle in the designated space.

You can get the keys to the apartment and the remote control for the car gate from our receptionist and the main door of the apartment is equipped with a smart lock that opens with a pin code, which is sent to you in advance via e-mail or text message.

The apartment is intended for a family of up to four members.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment and its territory.

Avoid noise that could disturb other neighbours of the house. Parties are not allowed!

Curfew: 00:00-07:00

When heating and cooling the apartment, keep the doors and windows closed.

Turn off unnecessary electrical appliances and lighting.

You can find the user manuals for the kitchen equipment and other household electronics in the bottom drawer of the TV unit.

When using the fireplace, follow all fire safety requirements and make sure that the glass door of the fireplace is always closed.

Sort waste according to the instructions shown on the waste sorter. This way we can influence the circulation and removal of waste. Waste bins are located at the car gate.

If you have broken or damaged something, please notify our receptionist. The visitor is responsible for damage to the property of the apartment.

Treat the apartment’s inventory and the surrounding environment with good stewardship.

Make yourself at home, but in a way that the next visitor will feel just as good.

The apartment has an efficient Mitsubishi air source heat pump that cools or heats as needed, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant indoor climate.

When cooling or heating the apartment, keep the doors and windows closed. When leaving the apartment, please turn off the device.

The device’s remote control is located in the remote control holder behind the bedroom door in the hallway, and the device’s user manual is in the drawer under the TV in the living room.

The apartment has 2 SONY LCD TVs connected to Telia Smart TV (www.teliatv.ee) where you can find many programmes (films, sports, music, nature, children’s programmes and cartoons).

One TV is located in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The user manuals for the devices are in the drawer under the TV in the living room.

The apartment has free Wi-Fi, the connection details for which can be found in the Apartment guide folder in the apartment.

The apartment has a Blu-ray player, a versatile device which, in addition to playing Blu-Ray/DVDs, allows you to play network-based content and stream media directly from your smart device using Miracast™ technology.

Enjoy clear and high-quality movies and videos, regardless of whether they are Blu-Ray or DVD.

The device is located under the TV unit in the living room, in the left part of the unit. The user manual and remote control of the device are located in the drawer of the TV unit.

SONY Bluetooth soundbar/subwoofer is a great audio device that is connected to the TV and DVD player and has high-quality sound that fills the entire room.

You can connect the device to your smart device through the Bluetooth function and listen to music with high-quality sound.

The device is located on the TV unit in the living room. The user manual and remote control of the device are located in the drawer of the TV unit.

The sofa in the living room can be used as a double bed (1.6 x 2 m) by moving the footstool in front of the sofa to the centre of the sofa.

The bedding for the sofa-bed is located in the wardrobe in the hallway, in the boxes containing fabric bedding.

There is a fireplace in the apartment, the wood needed for heating the fireplace and the accessories needed to start the fire are located in the hallway, in a small basket in the wood holder.

When using the fireplace, follow all fire safety requirements and also make sure that the glass door of the fireplace is always closed!

The Sadama 4 apartment building sorts three types of waste:

• Municipal waste

• Packaging waste – plastic, metal packaging, cardboard

• Glass packaging – glass bottles, jars, etc.

Please sort the waste generated in the apartment as described above and place the waste in the correct waste container located under the canopy at the car gate.
