Cancellation policy

15 - 20 days before arrival - 25% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid.
7- 14 days before arrival - 50% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid.
1 - 6 days before arrival - 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid.
In case of non-arrival - 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid.

Payment terms

Sadama 4 apartment only accepts pre-paid reservations. The advance payment invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of this reservation.

Order Confirmation

After confirming the reservation, we will send you an order confirmation with the dates of your stay, payment terms and other necessary information.
Check your booking confirmation as soon as you receive it.
If errors occur, they must be eliminated immediately.
